🌿Feel to Move: A Radical Pause Practice

Your emotions were never the enemy—they were the invitation.

This six-week, trauma-informed emotional processing and grounding empowerment group is designed specifically for those who have spent years suppressing emotions, overfunctioning in survival mode, or struggling to sit with feelings without spiraling.

Sis, are you ready to uncover the deeper layers of your journey and step into your power?

Blending somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional literacy, Feel to Move empowers participants—especially Black women and women of color—to pause, feel, process, and reset without judgment.

Group members will learn how to track their emotional states, process inner experiences without shame, and ground themselves using body-based and reflective tools. This is not just about feeling better—it’s about feeling fully so you can move forward freely

What you will take away:

🌟 Learn body cues for emotional overwhelm vs. clarity

🌟 How to pause without shutting down or avoiding emotions

🌟 What nervous system states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) look and feel like

🌟 How to notice where emotions live in your body (somatic tracking)

🌟 How to map and recognize the emotional load you’ve been carrying

🌟 Self-soothing techniques to group yourself in the moment

🌟Tangible tools to help you process emotions and release emotions through expression

Let’s create a safe, affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self, process your journey, and find the strength to thrive in the here and now.

🖤 You don’t need to fix your emotions. You just need to feel them safely and move through them fully.
