Unmute.
Your Story Deserves to Be Heard—Without Shame. Without Apology.
Unmute is a powerful 6-week empowerment group therapy experience for adults who have experienced childhood or relational trauma and are ready to reclaim their voice, rewrite their narrative, and stand firmly in their truth.
Sis, are you ready to uncover the deeper layers of your journey and step into your power?
Rooted in trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and identity reclamation, this experience is designed to help you explore your story with compassion, clarity, and courage—without the need to perform or explain.
This is not your average journaling or self-help group—this is healing in motion through guided storytelling, reflective writing, somatic awareness, and community support in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
What to Expect:
🌟 A renewed connection to your identity before the world tried to silence it
🌟 Insight into the key moments that shaped your internal beliefs

🌟 A sense of ownership over your voice, your body, and your becoming
🌟 A written version of your personal story arc as a reflection of your healing journey
