Joslynn Dillard-Greene, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor,

Hi, I’m JosLynn Greene. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Governors State University, and I’m passionate about supporting Black women who feel exhausted by the pressure to do everything perfectly. Many women carry the weight of expectation, at work, at home, and in their communities, often leaving little room to care for themselves. My work is focused on helping you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions while learning to embrace imperfection and show up as your authentic self.

At True Space, I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, blending psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family systems techniques to create strategies that actually work for your life. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences, release self-criticism, and develop coping skills that allow you to live with more ease and self-compassion.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors your journey, strengthens your resilience, and helps you step into life free from the burden of perfection.

If you’re ready to let go of unrealistic expectations and start living more fully, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward healing and growth.
